Meet the Team

Dr. Kirsten Wirth, C. Psyc., BCBA-D, Psychologist, Behaviour Analyst, and Owner of WBHS

Dr. Wirth is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst-doctoral, and has a PhD in Psychology – Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from the University of Manitoba. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Manitoba. She is also the author of “How to get your child to go to sleep and stay asleep: A practical guide for parents to sleep train young children,” and the mother of two young children.  Dr. Wirth is the founder and a Past President of the Manitoba Association for Behaviour Analysis. Previously Dr. Wirth worked at St.Amant in a variety of departments as a researcher, behaviour analyst, and clinical manager of the autism programs. She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with or without developmental disabilities and autism using, teaching, and training others to use ABA. Dr. Wirth has also been an invited speaker and presenter at local and international conferences.

Dr. Ashley Daniel, C.Psych. (Cand.), BCBA-D, Behaviour Analyst

Dr. Daniel completed her Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba in Psychology – Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She is an ABA Psychologist Candidate and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D). In addition to her work as an ABA Associate at Wirth Behavioural Health Services, Dr. Daniel is currently course instructor for the online ABA Certificate Program at the University of New Brunswick. Dr. Daniel is a past president of the Manitoba Association for Behaviour Analysis. She previously worked at St.Amant as an Autism Consultant and has a wealth of experience working with children and families with behavioural concerns.

Amy Pankewich, P.A. (I.P. Cand.), M.A., BCBA
Psychological Associate Candidate (Independent Practice) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Amy completed her MA from the University of Manitoba in Psychology - Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working as for WBHS.  Amy has previously worked at St.Amant as an autism tutor, lead autism tutor, and Autism Consultant.  Over 14 years working in the field with children and adolescents with Autism and their families, Amy has a diverse clinical skill set and is passionate about providing effective and meaningful services to individuals seeking support.  She has had the opportunity to present her undergraduate and graduate research at provincial, national, and international conferences.  In non-clinical roles, Amy has served as the Chair for the Town of Altona Accessibility Committee, and has volunteered for the Manitoba Association for Behaviour Analysis.  In her downtime, Amy spends most of it keeping up with her son, and playing board games with her husband.

Bethany Craig, P.A. (S.P. Cand.), M.A., BCBA
Psychological Associate Candidate (Supervised Practice) & Board Certified Behaviour Analyst


Bethany completed her Master's Degree in Psychology – Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through the University of Manitoba. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and an ABA Psychological Associate Candidate (Supervised Practice). Bethany currently works at Wirth Behavioural Health Services and as a Behaviour Analyst for Prairie Rose School Division. For the past 13 years, Bethany has supported individuals with learning and behaviour challenges, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, ODD, as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about providing practical, neurodiversity-affirming care to support children, their families and educators. Bethany is a certified UCLA PEERS for adolescents provider, CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention instructor as well as a certified Triple P group stepping stones provider. When not engaging in clinical work, Bethany is busy spending time with her spouse, two daughters, and maintaining her excessive houseplant collection.

Anishka Madansingh, P.A. (S.P. Cand.), M.Sc., ABA Associate
Psychological Associate Candidate (Supervised Practice)

Anishka completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Manitoba. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Anishka has a wide range of experience providing clinical support to adults and adolescents with various diagnoses. She has many years of experience providing ABA support to children with autism spectrum disorder in clinics, schools, and community environments. Anishka is extremely passionate about her work in the field of behaviour analysis and strives to make a positive impact on the lives of the people she supports.

Alex Tulloch, Senior Behaviour Interventionist

Alex Tulloch has a B.A.  Hons. in psychology from the University of Manitoba. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA),  Alex is able  to provide training to parents, tutors, direct support professionals, and school staff on ABA principles and procedures.  She has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities and autism in a variety of roles.  Alex also has experience supporting children and adolescents through Child and Family Services as a respite worker and foster parent.   She has received education and training on applied behaviour analysis (ABA) through the University of Manitoba and through her work in the Autism Programs at St Amant.   For the last 8 years she has worked as an autism senior tutor with the St Amant Autism Programs.  Alex joined the team at Wirth Behavioural Health in 2017 as a senior tutor to use her skills and training to help meet the ever growing need for ABA services in our community.

Katrina Lavoie, Senior Behaviour Interventionist

Katrina has over a decade of experience working with families, caregivers, and staff, and helping them learn how to work with their children effectively. She spends a great deal of time working with children with autism and their families and staff. Katrina has always had a passion for working with children and while doing so, has learned she enjoys teaching others how to implement behavioural strategies into their family’s home. Parents often have the daunting task of hiring their own staff, managing schedules, developing materials, and coordinating training. With Katrina’s support and strong organization skills, she has been able to help parents meet these needs. Katrina provides parent coaching and tutor training through observation, modelling and implementation to ensure that each meeting is effective and can be manageable for the implementer to maintain. Katrina previously worked in the St.Amant Autism Programs.

Isis Granelli, Senior Behaviour Interventionist

Isis Granelli Isis obtained a B.Sc. Major in Psychology and training in Applied Behaviour Anaylsis (ABA) through the University of Manitoba as well as through her work at St Amant. She is a Senior Behaviour Interventionist who provides training and support to families, school staff and professionals on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures. With over a decade of experience, Isis has worked with children, teenagers and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. She believes effective research-based techniques combined with commitment and consistency provides high quality support for the client.
